Jonathan has 25 years consulting, enterprise risk management, audit, and control experience serving clients in government, consumer business, gaming and entertainment, retail, non-profit, manufacturing, and health care industries.
He has lived and worked in the United States, Canada, Kenya, and Ghana. Jonathan has worked for and provided client services for two of the “Big Four” global accounting firms. In addition, he obtained a Master in Business Administration degree from Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, with an emphasis in Finance and Strategic Analysis of Accounting Information.
He is licensed to practice as a CPA in Tennessee and Mississippi.

Barbara has over 20 years of experience in Office Management and Administration. She has worked for start-up companies, hi-tech companies, and mortgage companies during her career. Barbara taught for 15 years in public and private educational facilities. She is a graduate of the University of Memphis, TN with a degree in education. Barbara is also skilled in leadership, training, career counseling, organizational development, and team building.

Phylea is a Senior Consultant with Memphis Consulting Group, LLC., provides client service in tax, compliance engagements, and accounting/controllership. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Christian Brothers University. Phylea serves as a Math/Finance Tutor in the College of Adult Professional Studies Program. Additionally, Phylea is a member of the National Association of Black Accountants and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. She is a CPA-in-training and is studying to attain her professional accounting designation.
